Key Responsibilities:
•Interpret campaign and communication briefs to develop comprehensive creative plans that align with marketing objectives and online brand identity
•Oversee the entire production process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
•Act as the primary liaison between the Creative team and the other team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments
•Allocate graphic design and photography resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines
•Maintain high standards of creative excellence, reviewing and approving all creative assets before they are delivered
•Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations, incorporating fresh and relevant ideas into creative planning and execution
•Gather feedback from stakeholders and lead post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and optimize future creative processes
