    Corporate Finance Manager

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    •  Originate and execute the projects relating to M&A, financing, fundraising, turnaround/ business strategy, restructuring, and market entry studies
    •  Provide key advices during the execution of transaction including deal initiation, structuring, pricing and negotiation
    •  Develop and review the presentations and/or reports to key stakeholders of the clients including other transaction documents – information memorandum and financing/restructuring term sheet
    •  Support senior team members in the project management and cooperate with other senior team members in the daily project execution
    •  Participate in negotiations and liaising with other advisors and all stakeholders in clients’ projects
    •  Play a key role in formulating proposal/pitches by working with senior team members and the marketing team on the overall proposal strategy
    •  Assist in targeting and approaching new clients and identify new business opportunities within/ across service lines
    •  Asist in the preparation of presentations, thought leaderships, publication for internal and external audiences
    •  Establish good working relationships with client contacts and stakeholders, base on mutual respect and trust and take responsibility for client satisfaction
    •  Assist with recruitment and induction process and preparation of internal professional development seminars and materials
    •  Train and coach less experienced team member

     

    Qualifications:

    •  At least 5 years of working experience in M&A, investment banking, banking or business development
    •  Good analytical skills and be able to work independently with the projects assigned
    •  A comfort around business analysis and understanding of value drivers
    •  Comfort and ability around report writing
    •  Sound financial analytical skills with strong financial modelling capability and experience
    •  Good interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels
