To control the quality and quantity of incoming and / or outgoing goods including dangerous goods through detailed inspection processes.
To review all relevant processes, isolating errors, verifying correct processes and ensuring that all required quality standards are always met.
To analyze internal and external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures and optimization of quality processes.
To create and maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO and other standards.
To deliver and explain various quality control reports as required.
To advise on, monitor, document and escalate quality activities relating to all Dangerous Goods.
To conduct audits requested by customers, third parties or authorities and communicate with regulatory agencies.
Your Skills And Experiences
Over 2 years experience as Safety Officer in Warehouse
Strong operation safety knowledge
Fair command of English
High standard in safety and attention to details
Experience in global freight forwarder is preferred but not a must
