Consultant (Strategy & Management) - TIME Consulting

We are seeking a Consultant responsible for offering expert advice and solutions to clients facing diverse business and organizational challenges. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, conduct research and analysis, and contribute to the development and implementation of effective strategies.

Job Descriptions

1.Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify key trends and issues within client organizations.

2.Identify areas of improvement and propose strategies to address identified challenges.

3.Develop and deliver presentations and workshops to communicate findings and recommendations to clients.

4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute client projects and ensure successful delivery.

5.Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing ongoing support and advice.

6.Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to offer clients the most up-to-date guidance.

7.Collaborate with internal teams to generate and share knowledge, developing methods and tools to enhance delivery and internal capabilities.

8.Assist in business development efforts, including proposal writing, networking, and identifying potential new clients.

9.Assist in the development of junior team members, providing mentorship and coaching

Qualifications

1.Strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking

2.Relevant degree in a related field

3.4-6 years of experience in consulting or a related field

4.Proven leadership in team management and project handling

5.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

6.Effective collaboration with clients at all organizational levels
