Legal Solutions: Identifying legal issues and challenges arising from international transactions, projects, or initiatives, and proposing effective solutions to mitigate risks and achieve business objectives.
Legal Advisory: Providing timely and accurate legal advice and guidance to internal teams on a variety of matters, including intellectual property rights, data protection, regulatory compliance, and contract interpretation.
Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with international clients and partners, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
Legal Research: Conducting research on international legal frameworks relevant to our industry, particularly in English-speaking jurisdictions, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Internal Legal Memo: Drafting clear and concise internal legal memos in English to communicate legal updates, policy changes, and best practices to relevant departments within the company.
Scope of Work Creation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scopes and requirements, and translating them into comprehensive scope of work documents for inclusion in contracts.
Coordination with Central Legal Department: Liaising with the central legal department team to ensure alignment with company-wide legal strategies, policies, and procedures, while also representing the unique needs of our international operations.
Meeting Participation: Actively participating in meetings with cross-functional teams, clients, and partners to provide legal insights, advice, and support, while effectively communicating in English.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Law, with additional certifications or specialized training in relevant areas such as international law, technology law, or contract law.
Years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the technology industry or a related field with an international focus.
Proficiency in English is a must, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of contract law, international legal frameworks, and business practices.
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with digital technologies and emerging trends in the industry is advantageous.
