This is a full-time hybrid role for a Compliance Manager at Krungsri. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. The role will involve reviewing and updating compliance policies, conducting internal audits, providing training to employees on compliance matters, and overseeing the implementation of compliance programs. The Compliance Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify and address compliance issues and will have the flexibility to work remotely for some portion of the week.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Professional certifications in compliance or related fields are a plus
