Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate, research and analyze financial transactions and customer data across all lines of business for possible suspicious activities, money laundering, and/or violations of AML/CFT regulations.
• Review and update policy, guideline, and manual to ensure that those documents align to related laws and regulation.
• Check AML threshold reporting received from related units and submitted to AMLO within a determined period.
• Perform AML screening and investigate on screening alerts via Company’s system
• Provide oversight on the AML issues and fraud management and advise business unit to respond to AML, fraud reporting and related regulatory reporting.
• Provide training to staff and create awareness to organization in relation to AML, fraud management and Anti-Corruption as required
• Conduct gap analysis, risk assessment and report to management
• Take up ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, AML, anti-corruption, or fraud management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of AML, Anti-Corruption, and Fraud regulations.
• Having knowledge of insurance business and OIC regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
