Responsible for overall planning and operation of community platforms such as Facebook, Discord, etc., for all studio products.
Develop and implement social media promotion strategies tailored to product features and the characteristics of the Western market (Europe & North America), to increase community exposure and user conversion.
Collect and analyze player pain points within the community and regularly produce reports to support product development and operations.
Monitor community dynamics, maintain a positive community atmosphere, and handle emergencies and negative sentiment appropriately.
Bachelor’s degree or above; excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Must be able to use English as the working language.
At least 2 years of experience in overseas social media operations for games; familiar with various social media tools and proficient in using Discord bots.
Passionate about gaming, with deep understanding of mainstream overseas game genres such as MMORPG and casual competitive games, and strong insight into Western player behavior.
Internet-savvy, stays up to date with current events and trends, and skilled at creating viral topics.
Candidates with experience living or studying in Europe or North America are preferred.
