Commis (Butcher)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cutting of meat according to established standards
• Ensure the freshness and quality of all meat products
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety protocols
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working with food, preferably in a hotel setting
• Experience in food ingredient preparation and various food mixtures
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Creativity and innovation in your work
