Commercial Sales Expert (Japanese Speaking)

Limited Sales support for Sales managers with internal activities such as: 

• Organizing internal offer kick off and internal alignment meetings

• Creating the internal acquisition timeline

• Preparing documents for internal approvals and business case simulations

• Updating IGPM QUO until final implementation of Sales Force.

Support for Commercial managers with internal activities such as:

• Current Forecast and Year end (YE) activities, VPZ, IFRS15, CSM, BP, ISAC & Acquisition Tracking, PLCM 

• Business Continuity Management (BCM): support customer teams, especially Sales Managers

Responsible for price management and special sales internal activities such as:

• price list maintenance and update based on feedback from customer team

• tracking of special revenue amortized and one-time payments (OTP)

• support customer teams concerning contract management tasks

Accounts Receivable with limited support for customer teams on request of EO/SCC

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of sales, planning or reporting experience (e. g. CSA)

• Proficiency in Business English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).

• MS Office, Excel expert

• Have good knowledge in CFSTP & CSS tools

• Analytical abilities (data analysis, interpreting and summarizing data)

• Ability to plan in detail (collection, combination, verification and summarizing various sources of information)

• Oriented to result: responsible for delegated tasks

• Proactive thinking

• Ability to work in team (including virtual teams)

• Systematic, organized and precise working style
