We offer you an exciting experience – a 6-month paid internship in P&G. P&G Dream Internship is about a real project, real work with customers and real results! IT is the department for internal consultancy within P&G that works to improve the company’s productivity.

What Success Looks Like

• Join with full accountability and ownership for a project, for a digital solution for business.

• Actively search for improved ways to run business processes and/or applications.

• Manage business critical digital projects and deliver information systems that bring commercial advantage.

• Enable faster and smarter decision making, transform business processes and implement analytics & digital technologies in customer and consumers data to deliver actionable insights.

• Build collaborative relationships with the various teams you interact with, understanding and communicating effectively with internal and external business partners.

• Proactively communicate the status of the project, activities and help to remove roadblocks.

• Build your own skills and knowledge through the job experience, coaching & training.

Your role as a Commercial IT Intern:

• Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Final-year university students with IT background or with one of the following majors: Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Technology, or any relevant majors that deals with software engineering.

• You are able to use PowerApps, Power BI, for data visualisation, Azure Databricks for data engineering and good at data modelling frameworks and best practices.

• You have basics of project management experience and aware of basics of software development process.

• You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving and solution-oriented approach.

• You have ability to handle multiple priorities and take initiative and accountability to get things done.

• English fluency (written & spoken) is a must.
