Position Details

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with regional and organizational objectives.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with regional leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
  • Program Management: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact capability development programs tailored to the unique needs of each market in the region.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, Product lines, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives with regional business goals.
  • Learning Technologies: Stay abreast of learning technologies and recommend their integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Capability Development Managers and Specialists to ensure consistency and standardization of learning initiatives across the region.
  • Vendor Management: Engage and manage external vendors and partners to enhance the quality and variety of learning solutions.
  • Collaboration with Head of Capability Development: Work closely with the Head of Capability Development for APAC MEA to align regional strategies with overarching organizational goals.
  • Leading Regional Capability Stakeholders: Provide leadership and guidance to regional capability stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring the successful implementation of learning programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on regional or global initiatives.
  • Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing and implementing successful capability development programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and digital learning content development.
  • Previous experience in the APAC MEA region is advantageous.
