Business Channel Experience Design Specialist (Project Manager)

Job Description:

• Empathize and truly understand customer’s needs to be able to design and create End-to-End seamless delightful onboarding customer journey, through various and across channels, both online & offline to leverage and make perfect synergy that fit customer behavior.
• Analyze as-is process and design to-be process, including new technology, systems, equipment, devices to facilitate onboarding journey and ensure superb customer experience and align to company strategy.
• Explore, research and test new technology (running POC), nominate and apply useful technology to create digital experience, and make more efficient process to customers and Bank.
• Ideate and initiate new project to improve onboarding process/customer journey, including pitching project to management, and manage the project from start to go-live.
• Work in Agile way to launch and test MVP, collect feedback, and fine tune solution then scale out to mass customer.
• Coordinate with various parties and stakeholders, inside & outside the bank, to ensure alignment and completeness, following all related regulators.
• Prepare communication strategy and plan to educate related staffs to be able to work in new onboarding process.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, Innovation, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years working experience is required.
• Having proved record that acquire Project Management Skill and Design Thinking Skill.
• Having experience in Agile working projects.
• Self-learning, Proactive, Imaginative, Think out-of-the-box, and Innovative
• Having experience to manage project and having inter-personal skill.
• Be able to work at Ratburana office.
