Business Analyst (IT)

Responsibilities:

- Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops, and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.

- Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements.

- Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.

- Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.

- Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users and stake holders.

- Developing a requirement document.

- Perform Test case / Test scenario / Test UAT with IT vendors and users.

- Coordinating with vendors to develop systems that meet end-user requirements.

- Communicate with technical team leads, and developers and users to assure an extensive understanding of system requirements, project status, and implementation.

- Monitoring all staff concerning the project to ensure its timeliness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields

- Master’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology will be preferable

- At least 3 years’ experience in Project Management or Business Analyst in insurance business will be preferable

- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines.

- Good command of English (writing and speaking)

- Good computer skills (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
