[Bosch HcP - Internship] Assistant Intern

• Handle daily incoming and outgoing documents need approvals of management/ authorized signatories in accordance with the company’s regulations and procedures.

• Check, review, and manage all documents need company seal in compliance with the internal and external correspondence policies or Central Directives. 

• Quarterly coordinate, track, prepare, and document compliance gratuities reports & charts.

• Systematize and archive contracts, agreements, and other important documents according to Data concept & protection.

• Prepare the annual Long Service awards and thank-you letters and distribute to all respective departments.

• Translate documents into Vietnamese or English when required.

• Order office stationery for PC, PT, CTG areas on a regular basis.

• Other tasks, i.e. admin supports for company events, CSR, internal audit, RB/GF changes, etc. will be assigned depending on her performance

Qualifications

• Education: Last-year student (major in English, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Foreign Trade and Accounting)

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese writing and speaking skill

• Master of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Personality: Careful, willing to learn, patient

• Good communiation skills
