Audit & Assurance - Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

• Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance service, include preparing and reviewing audit plans and work.
• Develops and implements the marketing plan for their business area advantage, driving leadership in our chosen markets.
• Builds and manages a quality internal and external network that enables winning opportunities for their business area and the wider firm; uses interaction, to share knowledge and networks.
• Demonstrates the required level of excellence in their specific market with the firm's competencies.
• Clients - delivering distinctive client service.
• Ensures that their business area delivers the highest quality of service to clients and maximises client satisfaction.
• Leads teams on assignments, or delegates this to others where appropriate.
• Brings a global perspective to their advice making full use of the Grant Thornton International network.
• People - becoming a magnet for talented people.
• To deliver an increasingly profitable and sustainable business in line with budgets by ensuring processes are efficient and the business is properly geared.
• Has overall responsibility for maintaining and growing the fee income and profitability of the business.

 Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• At least 5-10 years of work experiences in auditing.
• CPA certification is required.
• Experienced working with both international and local clients.
• Strong technical skills (TFRS for both PAEs and NPAEs, TAS, IFRS, auditing or etc.).
• Hands-on experience in auditing with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent computer skills and good command of English.
• A native THAI with a High level of proficiency in English (C2 level) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
