Responsibilities
Oversight of Member Companies:
Monitoring and providing guidance to ensure that the members has complied with the regulations, policies, and rules of the Stock Exchange.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collecting and analyzing data to meet the established criteria for:
- Evaluate the qualifications for applicants to become member companies of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Thailand Futures Exchange (TFEX), and the Thailand Clearing House (TCH), and revoke membership when they do not meet the qualifications.
- Evaluate the financial status and various risks of member companies that may impact compliance with relevant regulations and membership qualifications.
- Improve criteria related to member companies of SET, TFEX, and TCH to reduce business operation obstacles and align with international standards.
Consultation and Advice:
Providing consultation and suggestions to internal and external entities regarding membership regulations to support operations or business activities, including resolving emerging issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related fields.
- Observant, detail-oriented, and capable of effectively analyzing data and making decisions based on it.
- Knowledge and experience in auditing (experience as a broker auditor or in broker compliance is a plus).
- Proficient in English.
