Assistant Manager- Recreation

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management and operation of recreational facilities such as fitness centers, kids clubs, pools, and beach services
• Supervise and coordinate recreational staff to ensure a high level of customer service is provided
• Plan and organize recreational activities and events for guests of all ages
• Ensure that all safety and emergency procedures are followed, including First Aid, AED, and beach lifeguard protocols
• Handle administrative tasks related to the recreation department, including scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' work experience in a supervisory role within a recreation department
• Strong problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the management and operation processes of hotel recreational activities
• First Aid, AED, and beach lifeguard training with certification
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
