Assistant Manager Product Management (General Lab)

General Responsibilities

• Managing organizational product specialists by developing a marketing plan that covers client target
• Coordinating with marketing team on lead generation.
• be experts on the products and features to properly market them and to inform customers of their value and benefits.
• conduct thorough research on competitors and will perform market research to understand what consumers look for in their ideal products.
• collaborate with the sales teams to educate them on the products’ features and to monitor the sales and revenue these products bring in.
• overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products.
• Performed miscellaneous duties, which are work-related, as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering or related in field of chemistry, biology, microbiology, food science, biotechnology and related, except, computer, mathematics and statistic.
• Good command in English.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• 3-5 years’ product management leader experience.
• Driving your own car with driver's license. Also, sometimes able to travel upcountry.
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Flexible in working hours when required
