We are looking for a results-driven Off-Platform Growth Marketing professional to lead Pay-to-Merchant (P2M) campaigns across both online and offline channels. This role will be instrumental in driving category performance, managing end-to-end campaign execution, and identifying growth opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Campaign Management
Lead P2M online campaigns across key platforms such as Google, Apple, Be, Xanh, and others.
Drive offline P2M campaigns in chain stores, convenience stores, and other physical outlets in coordination with the SPL team.
Manage and execute category-specific initiatives including marketing campaigns, growth programs, and merchant promotions from planning to post-analysis.
2. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Oversee and improve KPIs related to Monthly Transacting Users (MTU), Average Daily Transactions (ADT), and Adjusted Total Payment Volume (AdTPV) for both online and offline channels.
Analyze performance trends and user behavior to derive insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to management.
3. Strategic Collaboration & Initiative Execution
Collaborate closely with internal teams including Business Development, Product, BI, SPL, and external partners to conceptualize and execute category growth initiatives.
Drive cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely implementation across stakeholders.
Support product feature launches, new service rollouts, and go-to-market planning.
4. Business Analysis & Ad-hoc Support
Conduct in-depth business growth analyses covering user acquisition, retention, product usage, and operational efficiency.
Execute ad-hoc tasks such as data collection, market research, competitor benchmarking, and more as assigned by Management.
5. Other tasks:
Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager.

University graduate with a relevant bachelor degree.
At least 4-5 years of experience in user growth or promotion strategy in fintech, e-commerce, or tech.
Strong skills in promotion planning, lifecycle optimization, and campaign efficiency.
Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking with a goal oriented attitude.
Solid computer skills, especially in Google Sheets and Excel. Proficiency in Power BI and SQL is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivated and independent learner.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to details and thrive in a fast- paced environment.
