To assist Brand Manager to plan and execute marketing activities to build brand equity and meet business objectives as well as work with the team on assigned projects and tasks.
Deeply understand consumers and market insights to discuss, brainstorm and input for Marketing AOP of the brand
Lead integrated marketing activity calendar ensuring consistency with communication strategy and AOP
Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to improve brand equity
Work with MO/trade marketing to execute flawless brand experience across touch points
Assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products
Accountable for budget analysis and management
Partnering with different functions (Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal, …) for on-going projects and marketing execution
Manage operation such as trade service, visibility, sponsorship, etc.
Bachelor degree with Marketing background is an advantage
At least 3 years work experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing in FMCG industry. Strong BTL/ Trade MKT
