To prepare the right application formulation to suit with customer need.
To prepare the reactive work by providing the total solution concept to customer, means that try to combination all current portfolio of products into one promotion.
To develop and formulate product/new product, with 10 projects development per month from assignment or initiative.
To co-operate with key principle technical team in order to be trained with the key products promotion.
To reinforce/ update the technical knowledge to sales team by conducting any related training.
To communicate of business opportunities to customers/ suppliers and Staff.
Liaison with supplier's innovation and technical support.
To support and train sales staff and planning/implementing proactive procedures and systems to alleviate technical problems.
Provide necessary presentation covering feature and benefit of product.
Search for new idea and line extensive.
คุณสมบัติ
Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic science, Product Development or related field.
Work experience in food application, R&D, product development in Cosmetic business is preferred.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, experimental design, and sensory evaluation.
Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Decision Making & Problem Solvinf skills.
Team Player and ability to learn fast.
