Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Legal Engineering, or related fields
Minimum of 7 years of experience in development and creation of Financial Models
Experience in project management and contract review, including contracts such as construction contracts and financial support agreements (Project Finance)

Develop, update, review, and verify Financial Models to support business expansion
Develop existing projects or new projects both domestically and internationally, including business integration or company acquisitions
Coordinate, draft, review, audit, and negotiate relevant contracts for project development both domestically and internationally
Source, compare, and secure funding sources for projects both domestically and internationally, and ensure disbursement aligns with contract terms
Monitor, track, stimulate, and coordinate with relevant units both internally and externally to ensure project success
Prepare reports and present information to company executives, various committees, and external parties
