Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily sales, cash collection included sales performance analysis
• Performs AR and Bank account reconciliation
• Prepare and send out invoices to customers promptly and accurately
• Records and posts collection transactions.
• Customer master maintenance.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable.
• Provides accounting support and handles assigned tasks upon request.
• Prepare report of sale VAT, withholding tax 30,36, 3,53,54 to Revenue Department.
• Petty Cash.
• Co-ordinate with external auditor.
• General administrative works upon request.

Qualifications:

• CPD is required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 4 years of working experience in accountant
• Strong communication, coordination skills are required
• Good command in English
• Knowledge and experience in Oracle NetSuite
• Details oriented, good time management
• Can do attitude
