Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head of finance department, in administration and finance matters to ensure an effective management of the financial resources according to Xiaomi procedures.
• Support accounting manager to execute month end, quarter and year end closing activities (prepare journal entries and all account reconciliation) to ensure timely and accurate closure of accounts in compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Accounts payable - process and track supplier invoices in accordance with purchase procedures and delegations of authority. Send out compliance documents to suppliers
• Accounts receivable –Use E-TAX service system to issue tax invoices/official receipts to clients in accordance with Xiaomi business procedures.
• Assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned

Undertake ad-hoc assignment as and when required by the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.Thai Language is a must
• This position will be outsourced and contract will be renewed year by year.
• At least 3 years working experience preferably in Big 4 or Multinational Companies,
• Proficient in English in both oral and written is a must.
• Conversational level of Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficient in MS applications.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Able to work under pressure and work independently in tight time line, and fast-paced changing environment.
