Job Description
Validate Tax invoice and supporting payment document (i.e., PO, Invoice, Receipt etc.)
Approve / Post payment transaction via various payment systems.
Coordinate with cross function to resolve initial incorrect payment transaction.
Filling documents.
Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred [ New Graduated are welcomed]
Fair command of English communication.
Good skills in communication and interpersonal.
Good skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Negotiation skills and ability to work under high pressure
Good skills in the operation of telephone equipment.
Good interpersonal relations and positive thinking
