Account Receivable

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and managing accounts receivable transactions
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in spreadsheets and accounting software
• Support payroll administration tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience
• Proficiency in confidentiality and handling financial data
• Experience in ledger management and account reconciliation
• Knowledge of payroll administration processes
• Strong skills in working with spreadsheets and financial tools
