Academic Officer (Crest School)
Responsibilities:
Curriculum & Lesson Support – Assist with curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and scheduling to ensure alignment with institutional goals and educational standards.
Assessment Operations – Oversee exam logistics, grading workflows, and secure reporting processes, ensuring academic integrity and confidentiality.
Student & Faculty Support – Serve as an academic liaison, providing guidance to students and onboarding support for new faculty regarding curriculum expectations and policies.
Curriculum Development & Research – Contribute to the refinement of academic programs, support research and training initiatives, and facilitate workshops and professional development efforts.
Quality & Compliance Monitoring – Assist in maintaining accreditation standards, support school inspections, and perform academic quality assurance checks.
Academic Administration – Handle internal and external academic inquiries, manage academic databases, compile performance reports, and support online learning systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (a Science and Education background is highly preferred).
Strong proficiency in English (TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 100, or IELTS 7.0 is preferred).
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
Confidence in using digital tools and platforms to manage academic records and reporting systems.
