Senior Logistics Network Strategy and Optimization - Operations, Shopee

• Identify and analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead the execution of Shopee logistics strategy and network.

• Analyze, evaluate and validate initiatives aimed at improving leadtime, reducing costs, and enhancing the seller and buyer experience.

• Transfer validated initiatives to the project management officer and oversee implementation outcomes.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.

• From 3-5 years working experience in Logistics/ Supply Chain Network Design experience is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, shipping carriers, and fulfillment processes.

• Strong in communication and stakeholder engagement/ management.

• Strong computer skills, especially Excel.

• Critical, systematic thinking and problem-solving skills.

• A proactive individual with a strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Good team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility.
