Product Manager (Lending)

Key Responsibilities:

• Think big and then execute at a granular level!

• Learn the intricacies of the completions and drilling data life cycles and become a subject matter expert.

• Lead the product lifecycle for lending products, from ideation and development to launch and continuous optimization.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, prioritize features, and develop a roadmap that aligns with company strategy.

• Break down complex lending challenges into actionable user stories and product requirements.

• Work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, and business teams to ensure the product solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with regulations.

• Innovate on user experience and lending processes to make borrowing seamless and accessible for customers while maintaining strong risk management.

• Stay updated on market trends, customer feedback, and regulatory changes to continuously improve the lending product suite.

• Drive go-to-market strategies for lending products, ensuring they address the needs of the target users and meet business goals.

• Manage competing priorities, including product backlog, stakeholder requests, and time-to- market demands.

Qualifications:

• At least 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in fintech, lending, or financial services, with a focus on loan products.

• Proven track record in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of secure or unsecured loan products, including regulatory compliance (this qualification will be considered a priority).

• Strong ability to simplify complex loan processes and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.

• Passion for learning new technologies and delivering innovative loan products that meet market demands.

• Experience in working with regulatory bodies and managing regulatory reporting for loan products.

• Familiarity with Jira or other product management tools is an advantage.
