Develop and communicate product vision and strategy in alignment with Sertis' overall business objectives
Use market research, competitive analysis and user studies to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
Communicate a product roadmap and strategy to stakeholders at all levels
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful product delivery
Define and track key product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Work closely with the development team to prioritize features, manage the product backlog, and ensure timely delivery
Utilize data-driven insights to inform product decisions and enhance user experience
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotion plans
Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing teams for product launches and client engagements
Build and nurture a strong community around Sertis's AI products, engaging with users through various channels
Help to foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration within the product team
You'll be successful if you have:
A degree in Engineering and/or an BBA, MBA
5+ years of experience in digital product management, preferably in the AI or data domains
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products including the cross-functional leadership needed to ensure all dimensions of the business case for products are met
Strong understanding of Data and AI technologies and their commercial application
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Understanding of customer experience principles and best practices (e.g. Design Thinking Principle)
Experience with UX design principles and user research methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
Ability to take a leadership role, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in data analysis and data analysis tools is a plus
