Job Description

• Performance and Quality Assurance:
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving issues.
• Feature Development:
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and implement new features.
• Bug Fixing and Optimization:
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and optimize applications for better performance.
• Code Maintenance:
• Maintain high standards of code quality, organization, and automation.
• Client Relations:
• Maintain positive rapport with all clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Requirements Gathering:
• Gather project requirements and provide accurate, realistic milestones and timelines.
• Coding Tests:
• Successfully complete any coding tests or challenges as required.
• Communication:
• Maintain open and regular communication via phone, text, and email.
• Progress Reporting:
• Complete daily project progress summaries and update stakeholders on status.
• Feature Suggestions:
• Propose new features and improvements to enhance app performance and usability.
• Deadline Management:
• Deliver projects on time, communicating any changes in deadlines as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 3 years of experience as a Mobile Developer.
• Proven Experience:
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android Market.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language such as Swift, Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or Dart.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Familiarity with MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) design principles.
• Analytical Skills:
• Excellent analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Team Collaboration:
• Ability to perform effectively in a team environment.
