Job Description
- Tech Coomunity Senior Branding and Communication
Design, create and develop organization branding to reflect its value and commitment as well as producing and communicating contents related products and services to be recognized as a leader in technology and innovation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies to enhance KBTG's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications materials.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including industry influencers, media partners, and potential clients to amplify KBTG's brand presence.
- Lead the planning and execution of events, workshops, and seminars to engage with the tech community and showcase KBTG's expertise and innovation.
- Drive initiatives to attract top talent and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the tech community.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and community engagement.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of branding and community initiatives, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
Job Qualification Qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or community management, with a track record of success in a leadership role. Experience in the technology or financial services industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic branding and marketing plans that drive measurable results.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and motivating a diverse team of professionals with a can do attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making and measure performance.
- Fluency in both English and Thai languages is required.
