Java Developer (N3)

We are looking for a Java Developer with Japanese communication skills (N3–N2) to join the development of a B2C system for a major corporation in Japan. The project leverages modern technologies such as Spring Framework 6.2, JDK 21, and JSP, offering a professional working environment with opportunities for learning and long-term career growth. 

• Participate in the analysis, design, development, and maintenance of the B2C system. 

• Work directly with Japanese clients, handling Q&A and discussing issues with the Japan side. 

• Develop using Java (JDK 21), Spring Framework 6.2, and JSP. 

• Prepare detailed design documents, write code and test cases, and perform testing. 

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field. 

• At least 3 years of experience in Java development, preferably with hands-on experience in Spring Framework (6.x). 

• Proficient in JSP, JDK 21, and SQL. 

• Experience working with B2C systems is an advantage. 

• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and CI/CD is a plus. 

Language Skills: 

• Japanese proficiency at N3 to N2 level, with the ability to communicate and understand technical documents. 

Soft Skills: 

• Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a proactive attitude. 

• Logical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities. 

• Willingness to learn and a growth mindset
